About Me

Hi! 👋 My name is Christian Dale Apolinario, a budding entrepreneur. I may not have much experience in starting a business, but this won’t stop me from having one. With the right mindset, the right people, and a little bit of luck, success is inevitable.

I was born in Roxas City, Philippines. My story didn’t unfold like many successful entrepreneurs who dropped out of school, started a company in their garage, and generated millions in profits.

Growing up, I struggled in class. I hated studying and just loved to bully everyone in class. Some said I didn’t have a future, and I believed them. I had no ambitions in life, and I just wanted to have fun.

After years of hardly relying on my classmates and begging teachers to let me pass, I did manage to finish my studies. And yes, I did graduate with a degree in Information Technology from Filamer Christian University in 2015.

A few months after graduation, I landed a job in Metro Manila. I was grateful to start working right after graduation, but little did I know the challenges I would face.

Living in Metro Manila is very different from where I grew up. The cost of living is high, crime rates are high, and traffic is out of hand. Speaking of traffic, my travel time from home to work was 2 hours each way. It was so exhausting.

I knew something wasn’t right. This was not the life I wanted, and that’s when my entrepreneurial journey started.

One day, a colleague invited me to a business forum at Ortigas Center, where I learned about entrepreneurship. I realized there was another way, and this was it. This was the life I’d been looking for.

One where you could spend more time with your family and make money at the same time, also known as passive income. And it’s possible through entrepreneurship

Plus, you get to enjoy being an entrepreneur by choosing an industry you are passionate about, and not forced to work on jobs you don’t like.

At the time, I wasn’t really sure how to become an entrepreneur or start a business. But I made my decision. I wanted to become an entrepreneur, so I went back home to Roxas City and started learning how to start a business.

Fast forward to today, I’ve made several ventures. Some are still ongoing, and I keep pushing forward.

But most didn’t work out. So I just simply learned from those failures and kept moving forward. You can follow my entrepreneurial journey through my yearly recaps (2021 | 2022 | 2023).

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing basketball with friends, spending time with our furkids, strumming my guitar, reading books, writing for my blogs (Personal | FaultyBlogger | Plankton Media | Kamalayan), and taking road trips around the city on my dad’s motorcycle.
